About Us

Amelia Griffin is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and Founder of My Mind Matters Therapy. She completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Flinders University and has experience supporting children and adults with a wide range of communication, language, literacy, speech and cognitive-communication needs.

Passionate about improving access to therapy, Amelia combines evidence-based speech pathology with digital innovation to develop AI-powered assistive technology that supports communication, language, literacy and cognitive skills. She has led the development of My Mind Matters Therapy’s communication and brain training apps, helping people of all ages build confidence, independence and participation in everyday life.

Amelia’s contributions to speech pathology, digital health and assistive technology have been recognised through national and international awards. She remains committed to creating practical, person-centred solutions that empower individuals, families and clinicians.

Sandra Griffin brings over 30 years of experience in business administration, practice management and financial administration. As Administration Director & Practice Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of My Mind Matters Therapy, including client services, accounts, administration and practice management, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently while supporting clients, families and the clinical team.

Her extensive leadership and organisational experience has been instrumental in the growth and ongoing success of My Mind Matters Therapy.
