Terms and Conditions for My Mind Matters Therapy
Welcome to My Mind Matters Therapy Pty Ltd ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in Australia at 49 Flinders Street, Adelaide 5000.
My Mind Matters Therapy Pty Ltd provides a personalised subscription service that allows access to one or two of the mobile applications MY MIND MATTERS THERAPY (the 'App'), accessible on a range of devices as well as the content available therein.
By subscribing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read the Terms carefully before using our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, installing, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by the Terms and our Privacy Policy
2. Subscription Terms
We offer a 7-day free trial period to new users for one or both of the My Mind Matters Therapy app. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid subscription according to the user's chosen subscriptions.
Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it My Mind Matters Therapy cancel it. If at any time you choose to cancel your subscription renewal, this can be done through your online account management page, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Subscription will continue and automatically renew annually unless cancelled. The subscription fee for applications and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your payment method annually on the renewal date. Updating your payment methods. If your payment method is out of date please update your payment methods by logging into your account or by email to [email protected]. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.
We may from time to time offer special promotional offers and discount coupon codes for subscription to applications. Offer eligibility is determined by My Mind Matters Therapy Pty Ltd at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer in the event that we determine you are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.
All sales are final, payments are non-refundable, there are no refunds or credits for any partial subscription period.
Changes to the Price. We may change the price of our service from time to time. We will notify you in advance to any changes prior to it becoming effective. Changes in price will not occur during an annual subscription period.
Use of Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, My Mind Matters Therapy grants you a limited, non-exclusive,non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for your personal purposes, or if purchased an Applied Professionals/Business subscription for your business purposes.
You agree not to use the service in any manner that is illegal or not authorised by these Terms.
When purchasing and subscribing to My Mind Matters Therapy memory applications, you may only use it on one device at a time, you can have a maximum of three users with one account. We may change the maximum number of devices and users that you may use at any time at our sole discretion. If you require more than three users to one account, please upgrade to the business package, or contact us by email: [email protected]. If you are purchasing and subscribing to My Mind Matters Therapy AAC, you may only use one device at one time.
All users who are minors (under the age of 18) must have the permission of their parent or guardian to subscribe to the use of My Mind Matters Therapy app. A parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms prior subscribing.
My Mind Matters Therapy reserves the right to implement updates and changes to the applications, including but not limited to its features, at any time. If any such updates or changes include additional terms or conditions, they will be provided prior to making such change or update available to you.
The quality of the display of My Mind Matters Therapy app may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, including your location and the speed of your Internet connection. My Mind Matters Therapy makes no representations or warranties about the quality of the application on your device.
Content and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its content, features, and functionality, (including but not limited to all information, software, text displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are and will remain the exclusive property of My Mind Matters Therapy and its licensors.
You retain all rights, in and are solely responsible for, the content you post to My Mind Matters Therapy.
Change of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide not of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our app or through other communications.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in the accordance with the laws of South Australia, without regard to its conflict of law and provisions.
